Two new widgets have just been added to the growing portfolio of add-ons that you now have available within netAdventist. Both of them are currently showing on the bottom section of our home page.
QUIZZ 28 is an opportunity for visitors to your site to take a speed quizz exploring any of our 28 Fundamental beliefs.
Congregate is an option similar to instant messenger for people to have on-line chat within the environment of netAdventist. I've only just added it - so I am not sure how many people use it or are likley to use it - but it is there for you to experiment with. If you wish, give it a try - then let me know what you think of it.

The new Sabbath Time Widget is now available for your website allowing you to let your members and community what time Sabbath starts and finishes in your exact community. Make your the Sabbath Time extension is enabled in "Settings>Extensions" then add it as a widget on your main page. Full instructions for adding widgets are available in the manual. An example of the Sabbath Time widget in on the main page of this website. The Time has been set specifically for Watford, Herts.

netAdventist has produced a new technical manual for webmasters giving even more helpful information on making your website effective. See our "How to Build my Site" page for more details. We have also added a page on accesibility issues for the visually impared.

The SEC Media department filmed the recent netAdventist training day held at their office in Watford. If you could not make it to the day yourself - this video may assist. It is now online from the "how to build my site" page of this website. Our thanks to Stefan Stanciu for organising this.

The Getting Started Guide, available for download from the "How to Build My Site" page has just been updated to include more information on how to place pictures and video content on a page. See specifically pages 37-38. There are also a number of very minor revisions. We believe that the webmasters will find the additional content to be very helpful.

In additions to the three new UK widgets (ADRA-UK widget, Hope Channel UK and Adventist Discovery Centre), the Adventist Review and others are now providing more content that can be added to your your website. For these to appear on your website you will need to enable in them in "Settings>Extensions" then add them as a widget in the normal way (see the manual or help files if you need to know how to do this).
